DESCRIPTION |
All natural colors Typical of Shirvan district weaving. Motifs are always stylized and based on flora or fauna forms. These textiles defined by the weave are classified as "verneh", other terms referring to flat woven textiles formed by weave variations are classified as "Kelims" or "Zile". These shaddah are used as floor coverings, covers, wall hangings and eating mats, and are therefore very versatile decorative textiles.
